Dylan West has accumulated over a decade of experience in the transportation industry, ranging from driving and hauling heavy equipment and hazmat loads to dispatching and managing the daily logistics of a trucking company. He has since transitioned into the role of Safety Manager for one of Kentucky’s largest fuel suppliers, a company that specializes in the distribution of fuel and oil products across three states and oversees a fleet of over 150 drivers.
In this role, Dylan has been instrumental in fostering a safety culture that not only rewards drivers for their exemplary skills but also supports those needing improvement. His efforts, alongside his team, have led the company to be recognized as a Presidents Circle winner for their insurance captive in both 2022 and 2023. Additionally, the company was honored with the Kentucky Trucking Association’s Fleet Safety Award for 2024, and Dylan himself was named Kentucky’s 2024 Safety Professional of the Year.

Robinson Sawyer (Sawyer) is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in logistics, safety, compliance, and emergency response. His expertise spans various industries, from maritime shipping to emergency medical services, showcasing his ability to adapt and excel in high-pressure environments. With a strong educational background in Logistics and Supply Chain Management as well as Business Administration, Robinson combines technical knowledge with a passion for safety and operational efficiency, making him a highly sought-after leader in his field.
In his current role as a Safety Consultant for HB NEXT, Robinson continues to elevate safety culture and compliance standards. His innovative approach to safety management, paired with a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, enables him to implement effective programs that minimize risks and optimize operational performance. Robinson is not only proficient in safety and compliance but also excels in leveraging technology, such as AI-driven dashboard cameras, to enhance safety measures and ensure a secure working environment.

His previous roles as a Safety & Compliance Manager at Davis Mail Services, Inc. and as a Maintenance & Repair Manager at TOTE Maritime Puerto Rico highlight his ability to lead cross-functional teams, reduce operational costs, and maintain high levels of equipment reliability.
